ATTRACTING WORLD-CLASS TALENT

Eurofins

Having worked with Eurofins on the successful design, build and launch of their Careers microsite, we were asked to help them deliver a graduate recruitment campaign focused on attracting the best candidates internationally.

WHAT WE DID

  • Identity design
  • Brand implementation
  • Film
  • Copywriting
  • Photography

Our concept draws from the thinking behind the Careers microsite, but tailoring both look & feel and messaging to a younger audience. Fresh, fun and informative material was designed to increase engagement with the world’s top graduates and foster a better understanding of Eurofins as an exceptional employer and sector leader.

Our short inspirational film captures what it’s like to start a career at Eurofins, and calls for the best candidates with the campaign line ‘Our World Needs You’.

An accessible fold-out leaflet is an easy take-away for graduates while the impactful stand graphics help differentiate Eurofins in busy grad fair environments.

Portrait photography of young employees and interns were taken at Eurofins laboratories in Nantes, Paris and Vejen (Denmark), while the dots of the Eurofins brand lend themselves to playful graphic interpretations for the campaign.

TBW also provided the words and design for the brochure, as well as the script and art direction for the film, working closely with Eurofins teams in Dublin, Paris and Brussels. The campaign will be rolled-out globally over the coming months with a strong outreach programme aimed at key universities, the collateral will be made available to Eurofins teams in the 47 countries in which the company has a presence.
